Healing, nourishment, and meaningful life after 60

A little of my story

I did not expect this chapter

I retired, sold my home, moved to Alabama, remarried, and then suffered an accident that broke my back in three places. Recovery changed how I think about healing, food, work, family, and what is possible after 60.

I bring years of business management and personal-chef experience to this space, along with training in whole-life coaching, the Root Cause Protocol, and Wolfe Non-Surgical Bodywork. Most importantly, I bring the perspective of someone who is still living, learning, and finding her way forward.
